Avenue Porter Ltd – Standard Terms & Conditions
2.1 Definitions
"The District" refers to the pedestrianised zones of the West End/Oxford Street. "Restricted Window" refers to the HGV blackout periods mandated by the Greater London Authority (GLA).
2.2 Provision of Services
Avenue Porter Ltd (Registered Number 17189787) provides micro-logistics and "Last-Metre" replenishment services. Our DERRY Neomor D01 fleet is deployed to maintain commercial continuity when Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) are legally restricted from the District.
2.3 Registered Office
Avenue Porter Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

2.4 Client Obligations
Retail partners must ensure stock is delivered to designated "Perimeter Micro-Hubs" within the HGV legal window. Avenue Porter Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the failure of third-party long-haul carriers to meet consolidation deadlines.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
Avenue Porter Ltd maintains comprehensive Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Our liability for loss or damage to high-value stock is limited to the value declared on the manifest at the point of transfer at the Micro-Hub, subject to our insurers' standard terms.
2.6 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
